Job Title: Caregiver / HHA / CNA

Location: Miramar, Florida

Schedule: 13-hour shifts | 6-7 days per week

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Employment Type: Long-Term Care Assignment

Job Summary: Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified employment partners in hiring a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant for a long-term assignment in a private family residence in Miramar, Florida. The selected caregiver will provide companionship, supervision, safety monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities.

Work Schedule: 13-hour shifts Coverage is required seven days per week Consistent long-term assignment Specific days and shift availability will be discussed during the interview process.

Payment Terms: Pay rate: $16.50 per hour Payment schedule and employment classification will be confirmed directly by the hiring employer or staffing partner.

Requirements

  • Provide companionship and continuous supervision
  • Assist the client with daily routines and activities of daily living as needed
  • Support the client's safety, comfort, and independence
  • Provide behavioral support using patience, consistency, and clear communication
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's behavior, condition, or routine
  • Follow the family's established care plan and household procedures
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with the client and family members
  • Assist with light client-related household tasks as assigned
  • Remain attentive and engaged throughout the scheduled shift

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must speak and understand English
  • HHA or CNA credentials are preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in a private home with dogs
  • Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and attentive
  • Must be able to work 13-hour shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation to the Miramar area
  • Must be available for a consistent, long-term assignment
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal care instructions
