Description

Family Best Care is hiring reliable in home caregivers for ongoing client care assignments in Everett, WA and surrounding communities.
This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly work, longer term client relationships, and clear communication with a responsive office team.
This position requires an active Washington Home Care Aide credential, also known as HCA, or an active Nursing Assistant Certified credential, also known as NAC or CNA. If you do not currently meet this requirement, Family Best Care may be unable to proceed with your application for this position.
Pay and Benefits

  • Pay range: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • Holiday pay for company recognized holidays
  • Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
  • Ongoing weekly client schedules when available
  • Support from a responsive office team


Schedule Options

  • Part time and full time opportunities available
  • Common shift lengths include 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts
  • Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
  • Weekly hours may range from 10 to 40 or more based on availability, location, and current client needs
  • We do our best to match caregivers with schedules that fit their availability, but shift times are determined by client care needs
  • Assignments are offered based on location, availability, credentials, reliability, and current openings


What You Will Do

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate
  • Provide companionship and client engagement
  • Follow the care plan and document care accurately
  • Communicate updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly


Requirements

  • Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
  • Current TB test or screening
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Food Worker Card
  • Valid government issued photo ID
  • Reliable transportation to and from shifts
  • Reliable phone access for work related communication
  •  Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
