We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Homemakers (HM) to join our growing team.Job Openings:
  1. Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
    Job Description: As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide essential in-home care to clients, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, nutrition, and environmental support services as outlined in their care plan. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Supervising and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
    • Providing personal care and designated health-related services.
    • Maintaining confidentiality of clients, health care personnel, and documentation.
    • Reporting changes in client conditions and needs to the supervising health care professional.
    • Assisting with mobility, turning, positioning, and using special equipment.
    • Observing and accurately recording client status and tasks, ensuring timely documentation.

    Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs.
    • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.
    • Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test.
    • Must have a drivers license
    • Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance
