CNA/HHA - Make a Difference in Their Home

Altra Homecare Group is seeking skilled and compassionate CNAs/HHAs to join our growing team! We are a community-based agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for our clients. We focus on building strong relationships and personalized care plans to ensure our patients' well-being.

Be a Vital Part of Their Care Team

As a CNA/HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily needs and promoting their independence. You'll provide a combination of non-medical care and companionship, ensuring their safety and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Assist with ambulation and transfers (with proper training)

  • Companionship and social engagement

  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition

  • Document care provided and adhere to protocols

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in good standing with a current license
