Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, activate, and sustain Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks
  • Plan and manage logistics for AI community events, trainings, demos, and showcases
  • Capture and amplify AI success stories ("hero stories") through posts, videos, and internal communications
  • Develop engaging content including newsletters, short videos, intranet posts, and internal campaigns
  • Coach leaders and champions on activating AI adoption within their teams
  • Moderate internal forums, respond to questions and feedback, and surface emerging needs
  • Track adoption challenges and barriers, escalating insights to program leadership
  • Use tools like SharePoint and Teams to publish content and manage community communications

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, or community engagement
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working independently in environments with ambiguity
  • A curious, AIforward mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Background in marketing, communications, or employee engagement
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other internal collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
  • Experience organizing hackathons, demo days, or internal technology showcases

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in Project Management or Communications are a plus
