Job description

OUR LINE COOKS:
  • Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every menu item has been prepared correctly and every detail is perfect
  • Knowledge of temperatures of eggs
  • Knowledge of meat temperatures
  • Know the cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of your hands
  • Be able to multitask
  • Have the sense of urgency
  • Understand the importance of a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and take the safety of the food, guests and team seriously
  • Inspire their teammates to ask them for help.
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred.
  • Steak house experience a plus
  • Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
  • Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
