What you'll do:

-You'll own the back half of the day in our kitchen. That means: - Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards - fast and consistently

-Being cross-trained across stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep - -Executing closing tasks cleanly and completely - we're a team that leaves things better than we found them

-Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and ready for the next day's team

-Staying sharp on new products and any changes to our menu or process

What we're looking for:

We don't need a resume full of restaurant experience. We need someone who shows up, follows through, and cares about doing the job right.

Specifically:

- Reliable - you're on the schedule, you're there

- Positive under pressure - kitchens move fast after 5pm, and attitude is contagious

- Available to work until 11pm on scheduled shifts

- Available for at least one Friday and/or Saturday per week (or maybe you prefer to have Sunday and Monday off so Tuesday thru Saturday works better for you)

- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
