Job description

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Electrician's Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing their career in the electrical field while working well with a team in an industrial environment.

The primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist electricians in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
  • Support the team in various tasks as needed to complete projects on time
  • Handling and distribution of tools and materials to the electricians as needed.
  • Jobsite cleanup and housekeeping on a daily basis.

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Be punctual and dependable to work scheduled shifts
  • Basic knowledge of tools and tool handling
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Have a high regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Perform tasks wearing required PPE such as protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.
