We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual who wants to make an impact on our organization and community in this upcoming vacancy as Rink Helper (Seasonal Student Contract), working within our Operations team, from October 2026 - April 2027. Working in a cross-functional and forward-thinking environment, and in support of the Town of Innisfil's Strategic Plan 2030, and our core values of "Community First. Future Ready.

Balance Always.", you will be responsible for: Ensure skaters comply with the posted rules for public skating. Monitor and clean the facility's lobby, grandstands, and dressing rooms. Engage in on-ice maintenance and cash handling activities

In addition to the requirements of the arenas and facilities, on occasion, you will be required to perform parks duties including cutting grass, litter picking, snow removal. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements: At least 16 years of age. Required to own a pair of CSA-approved safety boots and work pants

Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) Valid First Aid and CPR certification is an asset. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to work up to 24 hours per week at various locations throughout Innisfil.

Reliable transportation to get to work. Proof of enrollment in an accredited learning institution. Closing date is August 16, 2026.

The wage for this position is $17.95 per hour (Based on up to 24 hours per week).
