Job description

We’re looking for someone amazing to be the welcoming face of our property  - our next Concierge.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in helping others, and brings a positive, approachable energy every day.


As Concierge, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day life of the building. You understand the value of great customer service and are always ready to support residents, guests, and the overall community experience.


Reporting to the Condominium Manager the Concierge greets every resident with a smile and a kind word; ensuring through strong open communication and organization that they deliver exceptional service to residents. The concierge should be constantly looking for ways to add value to the overall owner experience and be a pro-active problem solver.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a presence in the lobby and to help control access to the building;
  • Assist Residents and their guests in a positive, friendly manner; · 
  • Manage notices and messages to the residents, answering/sending email and answering desk phone; · 
  • Receive and arrange pick up of delivered parcels; · 
  • Assist with community events as required; · 
  • Helps residents set up online accounts and organize access for authorized vendors to provide services within units; · · 
  • Provides services requested by making arrangements and bookings for building amenities, elevators and parking permits; · · 
  • Maintains the building FOB register; 
  • Assist the Condominium Manager with site inspections and report any hazards or issues; · 
  • Ensure consistent communication with the Condominium Manager regarding operational and security updates; 
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct;
  • Answering phone calls using appropriate etiquette, logging reports, perform administrative duties as assigned.  
  • General tidying of the front entrance and lobby space.
