The Health and Wellness Sales Associate supports our certified stretch practitioners, many with athletic backgrounds, work together to deliver outstanding service to every member. You're a natural team player with an athletic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both clients and colleagues. 
Top performers in this role thrive in a positive, team-oriented culture where they are trained and supported — not micromanaged. They are naturally organized, follow through on commitments, and take pride in delivering measurable results for the business, our members, and their teammates. Compensation Structure
  • Base pay with increases depending on performance

  • Take ownership of member retention through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and adherence to daily operational best practices.
  • Champion the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, promoting additional sessions when appropriate, and continuously strengthening your sales expertise.
  • Protect and elevate the Stretch Zone culture by fostering positive, professional relationships with both members and teammates.
