Job description

Material Handler

Hydromotion is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time so production can keep moving. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Move raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Pick, stage, package, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Organize warehouse and storage areas to promote efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Support production by delivering materials to workstations as needed.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary throughout the year. The work environment includes typical manufacturing noise levels. Required personal protective equipment includes safety shoes and safety glasses.
