Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, organizing, loading, and unloading materials within the production facility and warehouse. This position requires operating material handling equipment, supporting production needs, maintaining inventory flow, and keeping the work area clean and safe
Skills and Experience
  • Material Handling: Move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
  • High Reach Forklift: Operate a high-reach forklift to place, pull, and organize materials in designated storage areas. 3-5 years of experience and certification required. Experience with inventory procedures preferred.
  • Sit-Down Forklift: Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move pallets and products as needed. 3-5 years of experience and certification required. Experience with inventory procedures preferred.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills using fractions, decimals, and whole numbers; accuracy with numbers is required
  • Production Support: Deliver materials to production areas to help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and warehouse shipments.
  • Inventory Control: Help track material movement and keep products organized in the correct locations.
  • Safety Procedures: Follow all workplace safety rules and equipment operating procedures.
  • Equipment Checks: Complete basic pre-shift checks on forklifts and report any issues to leadership.
