As a Retail Locksmith Associate, you will join a supportive team in a welcoming retail environment, helping customers with their security needs and learning valuable locksmith skills through paid training. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, have a mechanical aptitude, and are eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic workplace. With operations Monday through Saturday, A-1 Locksmith offers a collaborative atmosphere where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and store success.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain a locksmith license and perform locksmith services (paid training provided)
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security products and services
  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Answer customer questions about specific products and services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to help customers make informed decisions
  • Cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store profitability
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is organized
  • Process returns and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Inform customers about current discounts and special offers

Qualifications
