About Us

We are a growing Pittsburgh-area locksmith company built from the ground up with a strong reputation for emergency locksmith services.

As we continue to grow, we're building a larger team and creating systems that allow our technicians to focus on what they do best while our office team handles customer communication, sales, dispatch, and operations. We're a hands-on company that values hard work, dependability, positivity, respect, and teamwork.

We believe in supporting our people, helping them grow, and creating an environment where the right person can build a long-term career. We're now looking for the next key person to join our growing team and help us take the business to the next level.

Join a Growing Pittsburgh Locksmith Company

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and motivated Sales & Dispatch Specialist to join our growing locksmith team.

This is an in-office sales and operations role where you'll work directly with customers and technicians to help close service calls, coordinate jobs, handle pricing questions, and keep the operation moving.

Locksmith experience is NOT required. We will train the right person on the locksmith side of the business.

What You'll Do
  • Speak with customers and help close incoming locksmith service calls
  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate their assignments
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing concerns
  • Communicate with technicians while they are on jobs
  • Help determine pricing based on the work being performed
  • Build and communicate job receipts
  • Coordinate parts and supplies when needed
  • Monitor multiple jobs and priorities at the same time
  • Assist with basic office locksmith tasks when needed
  • Help identify opportunities for future commercial accounts
What We're Looking For
  • Natural salesperson and strong communicator
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Positive and respectful
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver who can think on their feet
  • Comfortable handling customer objections
  • Willing and able to learn a new industry
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

We're open to candidates at different stages of their careers. What matters most is your work ethic, communication skills, reliability, positive attitude, ability to solve problems, and willingness to learn. Locksmith experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and aptitude.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, call centers, automotive, or home services is a plus, but it is not required.

What We Offer
  • $18–$22/hour + performance-based commission
  • Training provided
  • Opportunity to learn the locksmith industry
  • Opportunity for growth as the company expands
  • Supportive, hands-on team environment
  • Opportunity to increase your earning potential through performance

If you're looking for a job where you can learn a valuable industry, develop your sales skills, and grow with a company, we'd like to meet you. Apply today!
