Job description

We are seeking a motivated Security Analyst (Incident Response) to support enterprise cybersecurity operations in a fast-paced federal environment. The successful candidate will help protect mission-critical systems while collaborating with technical and operational teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate cyber incidents, perform triage, coordinate containment and recovery, tune SIEM content, document findings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity issues while following established procedures.
  • Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and briefings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture.
  • Support compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Three (3) years security experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • CEH or CySA+ plus one qualifying DoD 8140 certification (Cloud+, GCED, GFACT, GISF, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, etc.).
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Experience creating and modifying SIEM dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
