Job description

Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy, a fast-growing, client and therapist-focused company is seeking a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Job Description

  • Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees
  • Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day
  • Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team
  • Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.
  • Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
  • Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
  • Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
  • Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
  • COBA Certification
  • Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
  • Clear background check
  • BLS or CPR certification
