What Youll Do:

As a XL Delivery Associate, you will eitherdrive a vehicle or be part of a team, delivering 50 to 100 packages a day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (will have to work many Saturdays) and 10 hours each day.
We have two positions to choose from:

  • Cargo Van Driver. Earn $20.75 per hour, drive a cargo van, work independently to deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds.
  • Helper. Earn $18.00 per hour. No driving required, ride and work with box truck driver to deliver packages up to 300 pounds.

What Youll Need:
