We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) for Expansion & Growth projects, to join our Amazon Flex Worldwide (WW) Marketing & Driver Communications team. In this role, you will lead strategic, high impact, business-wide expansion projects and growth programs, serving as the single threaded marketing leader for the associated go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will work cross-functionally and across all countries that Amazon Flex operates in, with stakeholders at all levels, to facilitate successful expansion and growth program launches

You will create the end-to-end delivery partner lifecycle strategy; developing the plan for how we will acquire, convert, engage and communicate with delivery partners in a way that delights delivery partners and also achieves key expansion and growth program goals.
This is a highly visible position; you will drive the success of large-scale and impactful programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for acting quickly to solve immediate challenges, while also using high judgement to plan program roadmaps and marketing strategies that will deliver long term benefits. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical, detail-oriented, possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments

You must have a demonstrated track record for building and executing complex go-to-market plans.

Establish the marketing and communications goals for expansion and growth program launches. Own the end-to-end execution of marketing strategy, as well as analysis of program performance and creation of lessons learned.
Own the GTM strategy across all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including brand research, paid acquisition, conversion marketing, engagement marketing and communications.
Write marketing strategy documents and own all marketing inputs for business and technical requirements documents. Ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams.
Use lessons learned to create global playbooks, toolkits and processes than enable programs to scale.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, product managers, marketing and communication stakeholders, legal, public relations, business leaders and international counterparts to deliver expansion and growth programs that scale globally.
Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key operations metrics
Establish yourself as a motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.

-Work closely with Product managers to define the delivery partner experience, identify the right audience to target, and bar raise the offering to improve attractiveness to the target audience
-Size up goals and plan for the entire Go-To-Market motions needed to succeed with the planned launch
-Plan roadmap of actions and initiatives needed to meet outcomes and objectives for each phase of the launch
-Collaborate across UX, Tech, Product, Safety, Legal and regional marketing teams to articulate and refine the marketing strategy and SOPs
-Report on launch readiness and success metrics in Weekly Business Reviews and Leadership updates.
