Package Squad LLC Delivery Driver

As an Authorized Delivery Service Partner to Amazon, Package Squad LLC is actively seeking full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages) to join our team in delivering an ever-growing volume of Amazon inventory. What You'll Do

As an Amazon Delivery Associate, you will:

  • Safely operate a company-provided Amazon delivery van.
  • Deliver 180–250+ packages daily while following Amazon's safety and delivery standards.
  • Navigate efficiently using Amazon's delivery technology.
  • Load and organize your van before departing the station.
  • Lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch when needed.
  • Complete deliveries in various weather conditions.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at every stop.
  • Support teammates by completing rescues when operational needs require additional assistance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Pass a 4-panel drug screening.
  • Successfully complete Amazon's driver training.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day.
  • Ability to walk several miles during each shift.
  • Previous experience driving larger vehicles is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates must be comfortable operating a delivery van after completing Amazon's training program.
Schedule

Full-Time

  • Up to 4 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts

Part-Time

  • 2–3 days per week
  • 10-hour shifts

Our goal is to provide consistent weekly schedules whenever possible. However, scheduled hours are based on Amazon's daily route availability and operational needs and may vary from week to week.

Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.

Additional availability may be required during Prime Week and Peak Season (November through December).

Pay

  • Starting Pay: $23.75 per hour
