We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City and Northern Virginia.

Compensation

  • Full-Time: $90,000 โ€“ $120,000/year + bonus potential
  • Part-Time: $100 โ€“ $120/hour

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
  • Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BCAB) in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible in VA
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Must be local

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Friday (flexible)
  • Weekend availability optional
