Business is good and we are looking for Technicians.
Job Summary :
• Diagnose, install, exchange and/or repair, residential Plumbing/HVAC & Hydronic appliances as well as related controls, equipment and gas distribution. Train and over sees apprentices in all aspects of the Plumbing/HVAC/Hydronic and fuel gas trades.
General Accountabilities :
• Performs troubleshooting, maintenance and service repairs on Plumbing, heating, ventilating, and hydronic systems.
• Makes recommendations to customers to improve operation of existing system.
• Removes existing Plumbing, HVAC & Hydronic appliances and installs new upgraded units in their place.
• Layout and install low voltage wiring and controls.
• Reads and interprets wiring diagrams and blueprints for these mechanical trades.
• Cuts and threads pipe as well as assembles and installs pipes, valves and fittings.
• Confirms & maintains truck inventory.• Keep work areas, trucks and tools clean.
• Maintains accurate and timely paperwork.
• Follows and adheres to all safety practices and related policies.
• Provides accurate and timely communications to internal team members and external customers.
• Complete invoices and collect payment from customer.
Job Qualifications :
• License: a valid, clean and insurable Colorado State driver’s license
• Experience: 2 or more years
• Well-groomed facial hair allowed
• Has all general diagnostic and hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of our office (19336 Goddard Ranch Ct., Morrison, CO 80465)

Competencies:
• Advanced Listening/communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of the field and how to properly use Plumbing, HVAC/ Hydronics & fuel gas tools and equipment
Physical Demands:
• Frequently required to use hands and/or feet.
• Frequently required to bend, lift, or climb
• Occasionally required to lift weights (1 - 100 pounds)
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Use of ladders for roof access

• Sometimes tight working conditions


Work Environment
• Exposure to adverse conditions.
• Can be required to work within extreme environments such as but not limited to: hot and/or cold temperatures, rain, sleet and snow.
• May be required to work in ditches, crawl spaces and dusty environments
