- Following the production orders, prepare parts and tack and weld components into assemblies.
- Execute welds in accordance to company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.
Level I Qualifications:
- 1-3-year experience or commensurate education from trade school.
- Capable of MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe, but not yet certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure.
- Ability to read and apply WPS, read drawings.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
- Methodical, organized, and precise.
- Proactive in proposing solutions.
- Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending and reaching.
