Nacho Daddy is a Modern Mexican restaurant that was founded in 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our goal is to give nachos the respect they deserve - taking them from appetizers to entrees. Don't let our name fool you, we don't serve nachos... we serve the MOST INSANE GOURMET NACHOS smothered in queso and salsa made fresh daily, and we guarantee you'll never find a dry chip! Nachos nach'yo thing? No worries - we have something for everyone, including breakfast/brunch at certain locations, tasty Mexican-American collisions, and a full vegan menu. Position Summary 

Qualifications 

  • Naturally friendly, outgoing, and engaging—people light up when you say hello
  • Experience using OpenTable or similar restaurant reservation software preferred
  • Able to multitask and maintain focus in a busy, energetic environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable being fully present—personal phone use and texting are limited during shifts so we can give every guest our undivided attention
  • Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from shifts
  • Prior customer service or restaurant host experience is a bonus

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age  
  • A current Food Handler’s Safety Card and TAM Card 
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
  • Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with guests in English. Accurate math/cash handling skills 
  • Must be able to stand and walk long distances for at least 8 hours with minimal break time in fast-paced, crowded and noisy work environments. Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
  • At times, must be able to lift at least 30 pounds off the ground
  • Compliance to any reasonable request by management and assisting server assistants.
