Rutland, Vermont: A respected 140-bed nonprofit hospital in the scenic Green Mountains seeks a talented Anesthesiologist to join a collegial team of five physicians plus CAAs and CRNAs. This is a hospital-employed position with the exclusive provider group for all anesthesia services at the medical center. The department serves an 85,000-resident region and enjoys a professional culture defined by mutual support, excellent collaboration, and clinical autonomy.Work-life balance is central to this position.

Weekend call (Friday-Sunday) is covered by a dedicated team. Weekday call (Monday-Thursday) is shared equally among the physicians, with an average of 34 call days per month plus the post-call day off.
