As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the expectations are:

• To provide care for the residents, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed.

• To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

• To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

CNA Qualifications:

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); preferably in the state of Delaware

• Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required

• Ability to build rapport with our residents
