Job Description

A Special Project Nurse/Medical Professional will be responsible for completing auditing and/or medical records review projects. Responsibilities may include medical records reviews, data collection, chart abstractions, reporting and analyses. Must have good communication skills to interface with client personnel and be deadline oriented. Willingness to travel a must, as this position involves working on site at various client locations.

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Able to learn and adapt to dynamic environment.
  • Traveling to medical offices to audit charts for EPSDT compliancy.
  • Data entering and maintaining excel documents.
  • At least 75% time spent traveling to providers offices.
  • Computer savvy experience using Microsoft word and Excel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum RN associates degree.
  • However will accept LPN with strong EPSDT/Pediatrics experience.
  • Familiarity with Healthy Kids/EPSDT schedule preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in pediatric practice if no EPSDT/Healthy Kids experience.
  • EPSDT or Pediatrics experience is a must.
  • Word, excel.
  • 8:30am to 5pm.
  • Face to face.
