JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager has overall responsibility to successfully launch and manage Advantmed products and services projects, including operational coordination, project design and delivery, alignment with client goals and contractual commitments while providing the highest level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and maintain client relationships that support a spirit of partnership with client project teams.
  • Develop, update, and manage project plans and project timelines with oversight to project status, early identification of risks, and solution-minded issue mitigation.
  • Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting as primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations.
  • Report client project metrics, translate metrics to business information, and oversee the resulting action plans to ensure customer goals and project objectives are achieved.
  • Lead and moderate recurring client calls to cover project status updates, project performance reviews/course correction, post project reviews, etc.
  • Document and distribute minutes of meetings and oversee completion of resulting action items
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to varying audiences that may include senior and executive leadership, clients, or prospective customers.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or managed care setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Committed and motivated individual and willing to work odd hours at times when required
  • Proficient in Windows environment
  • Familiar with virtualization technologies
  • Experience in setting up and supporting database notification, failover clustering would be advantageous
  • Understanding RDBMS/SQL concepts.
  • Troubleshooting techniques and operations
  • Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround
  • Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
  • Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous and process-oriented
  • Good, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressure
