Job description

One of Fortune’s Best Places to Work and top 50 AmLaw firm, is seeking a Private Investment Funds Associate Attorney to join its Investment Management group.


Experience in the structuring and formation of private equity funds or venture capital funds and negotiation with limited partners is required. Additional experience with structuring general partner and management companies as well as experience with real estate funds and/or hedge funds is also helpful. In addition, experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related issues, representing institutional investors in their investments into private investment funds and various other corporate and partnership matters is ideal.


Candidates should have solid academic credentials and at least 4 years of experience.
