Company Description

Helpdesk tech, conference room support, asset management (decommissioning computers) and troubleshooting level 1 for end users.  Hedge Fund requires 5 days in the office to start.

Job Description

We are currently searching for a Computer Systems Analyst. A successful candidate will be able to work 
through any technical issue or request and be able to communicate clearly and appropriately with all 
other firm employees. This role will report directly to the IT lead and work with third-party 
vendors and service providers to deliver exceptional end-user support to all employees. 

Responsibilities
• Act as first line of support for all users regardless of issue, escalate internally as needed and with 
service providers whenever necessary
• Hands-on exposure to all projects, including Azure expansion, M365 build-out, and phone 
system migration
• Researching and deploying new IT technologies
• Create and keep up-to-date inventory of all corporate devices (laptops, pcs, printers, phones, 
mifi’s, burner devices)
• Review current computer imaging process, handle imaging and re-imaging of company machines
• Basic printer maintenance/repair
• Documenting and standardizing all IT processes 
• Create and implement recycling and disposal program for retired company equipment, including 
pcs, laptops, servers, networking equipment, old hard drives, ups, phones etc.
• Reviewing and addressing ongoing vulnerability scanning reports
• Create hardware refresh schedule for company issued pc’s and laptops
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS or equivalent. Quality candidates tracking towards one of these 
degrees that are in their last year of college will also be considered
• Some previous work experience in an IT role (on-campus IT support, internship, prior 
employment, etc)
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, proactively identify items/processes that 
need improvement, and multitask effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills take precedence over individual technical 
abilities or accomplishments 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude and ability to receive feedback
• In office 5 days a week
• Microsoft/security certifications 
• M365 experience 
• VMware/Cloud experience
