The Relationship Manager will build trusted partnerships, strengthen service delivery and help clients navigate complex fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor servicing needs.This highly visible role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering a strong client experience in a fast paced alternative investments environment.**Major Duties*** Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.* Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs.* Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support.* Resolve issues, improve service delivery and support strong client satisfaction.* Align service expectations, agreements and requirements across internal teams and clients.* Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions.* Build relationships with C suite leaders and senior decision makers.* Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.* Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.* Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness and repricing.* Provide consulting, leadership and technical guidance across key functional areas.* Promote collaboration, accountability and a one team approach.* Solve complex business and operational issues using strong knowledge of hedge fund services and alternative investments.* Coordinate client training on technology platforms, tools and service processes.* Manage escalations involving sensitive conversations and complex issues.**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.* Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments or consulting.* Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients, senior leaders and cross functional teams.* Experience supporting complex institutional clients or alternative investment managers.* Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading or asset servicing functions.* Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects and service issues in a fast paced environment.* Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and strategic information clearly.* Sound judgment, strong decision making skills and high integrity.* Proactive, collaborative working style with a strong interest in learning, technology and continuous improvement.#LI-MG1#HybridSalary Range:$95,565 - 162,495 USD*Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
