Job description

Support to LG by managing workflow tasks, facilitating & documenting regular scheduled corporate meetings (e.g., AFMC corporate process, AFSC integrated decision sessions),
Author LG action reports, authoring presentations for LG management, monitoring financial executions, posting
Manage content on LG SharePoint, assisting government equipment managers, assisting government T&A personnel.
Conduct administrative and record keeping aspects of the operation of technical projects / programs; apply knowledge of office management, methods and procedures in producing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records or directives.
Work in regard to matters such as project / program progress and status documentation, budget, finance property accounting or personnel.
Directly support GS-14 and GS-15 Government personnel
Coordinate with others for Calendar Scheduling
Skills & Requirements
Ten years of Directly Related Experience
Masters Degree Required
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office to include Access, Excel
National Agency Check Required
