Nussbaum Transportation is Hiring Flatbed Company Drivers
Weekly + Bi-Weekly Home Time (Based on Location)
Earning Potential & Pay Features:
  • Established drivers earn $110,000-$115,000+
  • Earn $103,000+ your first year! (mileage, activity pay, trans. bonus, profit sharing)
  • First-year flatbed drivers earn $1,775 - $2,065 per week
  • $5,000 Transition Bonus
    • ($1,500 after 1 week, $1,500 after 3 mos, $2,000 after 6 mos)
  • $1,700 Weekly Guarantee
  • Increase your earning potential with Driver Scorecard and Certified RED programs!
  • Door to door practical miles-empty & loaded
  • Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/day
  • Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
  • $30 for pickups and deliveries
  • $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
  • $70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping
  • $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)
  • Breakdown & layover pay
  • Oversize Pay is $3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:
  • Tier 1: less than 10' wide = $0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
  • Tier 2: 10'-12' wide = $0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
  • Tier 3: 12' wide = $0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load
