About the Role:
Kelly is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I team members to work onsite with our client, a global leader in medical technology, at their Salt Lake City manufacturing facility. As an Equipment Operator I, you will safely and efficiently run simple automated assembly machines in a clean room environment, ensuring high-quality medical device production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate simple automated assembly machines
  • Perform work order setups in electronic batch record and inventory systems
  • Interpret and respond to machine faults, realigning fixtures as needed
  • Complete production records and work order documentation
  • Inspect, weigh, count, package, and label finished products
  • Maintain a clean workspace and practice safe work habits
  • Demonstrate flexibility to learn and run multiple simple machines

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or Employment Assessment required
  • 1+ yrs experience operating machines in a cleanroom environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic computer skills preferred (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to perform visual inspections and repetitive tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs
