Job Description

•  Produce Stampings by processing metal through hydraulic press, safely, within specified tolerances.

•  Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances.

•  Report non-conforming parts to supervisor / QC staff.

•  Communicate needs with material handlers, and then remove scrap and maintain organized work area.

Qualifications

•  Previous experience operating punch press is desired but not required.

•  Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

•  High School Diploma or Equivalent

•  Safety conscious at all times.

•  Reliable transportation to and from work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

•  Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.

•  Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.

•  Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.

•  Requires full range of physical motion to operate manual & electrically powered tools/machines (i.e., forklift).

•  Stand 100 % of the day.
