Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Haul Truck Driver role based in Houston, TX. The Heavy Haul Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy haul trucks to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from construction and maintenance sites. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading loads, complying with DOT regulations and company safety policies, and maintaining accurate delivery and inspection records. The driver collaborates with site supervisors and crew members to support project schedules and coordinates routes to meet operational timelines. The role may require flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, depending on project needs.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record, with demonstrated experience in heavy haul truck driving.
- Proficiency in safe Truck Driving practices and operation of heavy haul Truck equipment.
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and company safety standards, with the ability to apply them consistently.
