What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform residential and commercial service repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance

  • Accurately diagnose plumbing, heating, no-heat, and no-hot-water issues

  • Handle basic drain cleaning and heating-related service calls

  • Present solutions using a professional, good-better-best approach

  • Use Housecall Pro (HCP) to manage calls, estimates, and customer communication

  • Deliver high-level customer service with confidence, clarity, and integrity

  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites—every call, every time


What We’re Looking For
  • Proven service plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)

  • Strong knowledge of modern plumbing methods, codes, and materials

  • Comfortable handling heating systems and no-heat/no-hot-water calls

  • HVAC or furnace experience is a strong plus

  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Professional, reliable, and team-first mindset
