Residential HVAC Service Technician

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.
