Job description

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of automated systems, including heat treating equipment, automatic equipment, overhead cranes, assembly equipment and conveyor systems in a team environment.

Maintenance Tech Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of automation control systems including PLC’s and computer control interface systems.
  • Proficient in at least (2) two maintenance skill classifications.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and DOS.
  • Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be able to interpret and utilize complex technical manuals, electrical and electronic schematics, tables and charts.
  • Applicant must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including but not limited to the ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb, and stand or be mobile for periods in excess of 12 hours.
  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager, managers, employees throughout company, and vendor partnerships.

Maintenance Tech Shift Availability: Maintenance Department works a 2-2-3 schedule, offering two 3-day weekends each month.

We currently have openings on our day and night shifts.
  • Night Shift:
    • Week 1 of Pay Period: Work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 6p - 6a
    • Week 2 of Pay Period: Work Sun, Wed, Thurs 6p - 6a
  • Day Shift:
    • Week 1 of Pay Period: Work Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 6a - 6p
    • Week 2 of Pay Period: Work Sun, Wed, Thurs 6a - 6p
Compensation:
$26 - $34/hr
