In partnership with Kaiser Permanente (KP) Medical Foundation, the team establishes an enterprise-wide care delivery standard for timely, patient-centered healthcare, operational effectiveness and efficiency, cost-control, and competitive differentiation, ensuring quality care across all RHO Markets.

About the Role

This role: Coordinates care operations, care model, & workflow design in alignment with the Risant Health Organization (RHO) & Kaiser Permanente (KP) care delivery strategy. Contextualizes workflows & care delivery guidelines in pluralistic healthcare environments, providing data-driven guidance and support to operations leaders of Risant member organizations. Serves as a resource specialist/consultant on care delivery strategies and leverages operational experience when coordinating strategy with Risant Member Organization operations leaders. Ensures the provision of general and targeted onboarding and ongoing education regarding CWD care delivery model to operations leaders. Identifies and communicates continuum design risks and recommends and deploys process improvement/ mitigation plans for standardization/optimization of operational model of care. This role requires up to 80% travel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execution of care delivery strategy across the enterprise.
  • Engages with Risant Member Organization operations leaders. to deploy and evaluate key care delivery initiatives, Onboarding and targeted education of Ops lead and line staff. Ensures the provision of general and targeted onboarding and ongoing education regarding strategic initiatives to operations leaders and line staff
Resource Specialist/Consultant
  • Serves as a resource specialist/consultant on care delivery strategies and leverages operational experience to standardize critical aspects of established care delivery approaches.
  • Onsite assessments. Conducts on-site assessments across the RHO continuum for observation of effective implementation of care delivery strategies and to identify and share best practices and mitigation strategies to address barriers.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Develops strong relationships and strategic partnerships with subject matter experts and national, regional, and service area leaders, interacting at all levels of the RHO and KP organizations.
  • Deploys relevant policy/procedure. Ensures the development and implementation of relevant care delivery policy in compliance with federal, state and accreditation guidelines.
  • Participation in initiative prioritization. Participates in enterprise-wide prioritization of initiatives and guides the execution of enterprise-wide engagement strategies and communication/change management plans.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field (direct patient care, allied health, healthcare management)
  • Five (5) years of clinical and case management operations experience in an acute healthcare setting
  • Seven (7) years of management of clinical function in an acute health care delivery system
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management or related field
  • Five (5) years of clinical utilization/case management experience in a complex delivery system
  • Five (5) years of operational leadership experience in the healthcare field in a complex delivery system
  • Knowledge of Epic Systems Software for Electronic Health Records
Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $177,000 to $212,400 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
