What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top healthcare professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and grow a network of healthcare professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals
  • Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals
