A Director provides clients with industry specific analytics solutions through complex data-intensive analyses. A Director will require a deep understanding of relationships among multiple internal and external data sources, complex modelling, and understanding of the healthcare regulatory framework under which our clients operate. Your primary responsibilities will include:* Managing the lifecycle of entire projects by effectively delegating responsibilities to junior team members, managing the client relationship, and executing on the statement of work.* Designing and managing complex data models including both external and internal client data to facilitate analysis* Interacting on a day-to-day basis with FTI team members, client personnel and advisors, typically serving as client day-to-day contact leader* Overseeing creation of project documentation, visualizations and written analyses, reports, or presentations* Nimbly juggling multiple client and internal priorities and switching between tasks, sometimes in a high-pressure environment* Developing and adhering to project budgets and timelines. Assist in project staffing decisions* Coaching and mentoring younger team members* Participate in business development efforts including proposals, collateral development and identification of new service offerings. Participate in business development meetings with clients.
