• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, histories, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities tailored to client needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to fulfill ethical and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Your role will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. You will work with diverse populations, reflecting various backgrounds and life experiences, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that respects each individual's uniqueness.

• Current, valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

While not required, experience in community health settings or with specific therapeutic modalities relevant to trauma and anxiety will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is an added advantage in this role, given our commitment to accessibility for all clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
