  • Prepare and maintain FF&E procurement support documents, including scopes of work, specifications, bid sheets, IGCE inputs, and tracking logs
  • Create and update AutoCAD FF&E plan layers and related visual materials for design presentations and stakeholder reviews
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files, procurement records, specifications, and design library materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and project teams on delivery schedules, installation activities, and order status tracking

  • Assist with move planning, day-in-life planning, activation coordination, and meeting support
  • Attend project meetings and prepare notes, logs, and follow-up documentation
  • Coordinate with contracting, logistics, EMS, OI&T, and material management teams on procurement-related activities
  • Help ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field; or
  • 810 years of relevant experience in interior design support, facility coordination, design documentation, or related work in commercial, institutional, or healthcare settings
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Strong documentation, recordkeeping, and file management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple support tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, federal, or institutional projects
  • Familiarity with procurement support, SOW development, or specification writing
  • Experience with Revit or BIM tools
  • Knowledge of NCIDQ, LEED, or PMP, or active pursuit of one of these credentials
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility activation or move coordination
Important Work Requirements
To align with the contract requirements, candidates must understand the following:

  • Candidate must be able to pass required background screening before starting work
  • Candidate must be able to follow client site policies, badge requirements, safety rules, and professional workplace standards
  • This role supports a structured client contract, so dependability, professionalism, and responsiveness are essential
Benefits
  • 11 paid federal holidays per year
  • 80 hours combined accrued PTO and sick time
  • Wellbeing allowance
