The Data & Analytics Crew Lead (Senior Director) bridges the gap between long‑term technical capability and immediate business delivery. This hybrid leadership role is responsible for future‑proofing Cogeco’s data infrastructure while ensuring day‑to‑day data products, insights, and pipelines drive commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Capability Strategy & Governance (Chapter Focus)
    • Pioneer the 24‑Month Data Vision.
    • Architect Unified Governance.
    • Design Repeatable Methodologies.
    • Chair the Data & AI Governance Committee.
    • Remove Infrastructure Barriers.
    • Lead and coach Chapter Area Leads and Team Leads.
    • Design Workforce Blueprinting & Hiring.
    • Safeguard Technical Benchmarks.
    • Build Continuous Upskilling Paths.
  • Strategic Delivery & Business Alignment (Crew Focus)
    • Drive Commercial Value in partnership with business unit executives.
    • Deploy cross‑functional squads aligned to priority initiatives.
