The Physical Therapist provides services to adult patients with health issues. Physical therapy can be extremely rewarding because you have the opportunity to help people regain some level of independence. Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, document and manage patients strength, range of motion and muscle performance.
• Provide on-going physical therapy care that complies with the organization's best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop treatment plans describing a treatment strategy, its purpose, and its anticipated outcomes.
• Determine the patient’s ability to be independent and reintegrate themselves successfully upon completion of care.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Requirements:
