Position:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Service Writer to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service experiences in our service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their automotive service needs, and document accurately.
  • Clearly explain repair diagnoses and recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines.
  • Provide detailed estimates of costs and timelines for repairs, adhering to Serpentini's pricing and process standards.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and coordinate service bay assignments.
  • Maintain continuous communication with technicians and customers throughout the service process.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
