Job description

Do you desire a career in health & wellness coaching? Do you want to help others transform their health and improve their quality of life? Spend your days helping individuals and the community improve their health in a team environment that is fun and committed to work/life balance. Experience in health and wellness is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train a motivated go-getter. Must be able to model and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Main job duties include:

  • Consulting with clients 1-on-1 to determine if one of our programs would be right for them
  • Facilitate 1:1 client sessions to help with challenges, celebrate successes and keep client on track to meeting goals
  • Support office duties (answering phones, scheduling, taking payments, etc.)

Qualities Needed: High energy and customer service, empathetic, attentive to detail, team player, professional, and ability to multi-task

Salary: Pay is hourly plus benefits: $17.00/hr. to start with increase after 3 months of employment ($35,000 to $41,000 per year)

Benefits: Paid Time Off, 401K with match, health insurance, 4 day workweek with ½ day Fridays (2.5 days off during the weekend and no weekends!).

Schedule:

  • Blue Ash: Must be able to be at work as early as 7 am and stay as late as 7 pm Mondays through Thursdays and work Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.

  • Florence: Must be able to be at work as early as 8 am and stay as late as 6 pm Mondays through Thursdays and work Fridays 9 am to 2 pm.

  • Must be able to work in either location for vacation/sick coverage.

Job Type: Full-time, 35-40 hrs./week
