Responsibilities:

In this demanding, customer-facing role, the candidate will regularly interact with client-side stakeholders to address complex organization-specific business process needs and provide on-demand technical solutions. We need someone who is interested in working with new and continuously developing software. A potential applicant should be comfortable resolving Tier 2 & 3 technical support via screen sharing apps and direct phone calls. Should be prepared to make feature recommendations based on existing customer on feedback and improved usability.

  • - Must have unparalleled troubleshooting analytical and investigative abilities
  • - Proven problem solving and technical skills to find, document, and report bugs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • - Have experience managing Active Directory systems for ID management and system configurations
  • - Provide troubleshooting resolution and updating/upgrading of software to existing customers
  • - Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • - Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • - Familiar managing Active Directory systems for health care systems
  • - Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems such as Zendesk
  • - Experience managing live chats, testing, and troubleshooting solutions
  • - Have prior developer object-oriented programing experience such as Javascript or C# is a plus!
