We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities.
JOB SUMMARY
Works in conjunction with the Cardiac testing specialist to provide diagnostic cardiac stress tests. Also performs other noninvasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, Holter, event and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited allied health, medical assistant program or equivalent. Associates degree in exercise or health science preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years in a cardiology healthcare setting with experience as an EMT, Medical Assistant or other allied health field. Experience in EKG or stress testing preferred.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: CCI certification (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) eligible; Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
